Inspiration || God’s Ways Are Past Finding Out

Oh, Lord our God!
How great are Your works
How ungraspable are Your decisions
Your ways are past finding out!

Oh, the profundity of Your wisdom!
How infinite is your knowledge, above anyone
Your thoughts are very deep
Higher and better than ours, but good for us

Oh, how unsearchable is Your greatness!
You do wonders without number
Who can search the limits of Your greatness
In You lies the secret stores of all knowledge

Even though we cannot fully grasp all
We rest in Your plans and purpose for us
We trust in Your power to execute Your plans
We depend on Your unending wisdom to unveil and fulfil at Your perfect timing. Amen!

Faith || Trusting Our Heavenly Daddy’s Thoughts – The Word for the Month of May

“My thoughts are higher than your thoughts. My ways are past finding out.”

So I woke up this morning with the above scriptures, I heard it clearly in my dream, I figured that was God trying to say something and for over 30minutes, I kept wrapping my mind around those scriptures, I looked them up and here:Β

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. – Isaiah 55:8-9Β

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchableΒ are His judgments and His ways past finding out! – Romans 11:33

The truth remains that our thoughts as humans are finite and most times our ways are unclear but that’s not the same with God, His thoughts are infinite and His ways are always perfect. God is ever dependable and can be trusted!Β

I remember a question one of my sisters asked me a few weeks ago, she said: “how do we trust God when things are not falling in place?”
And my answer was: You trust Him still, knowing He who has promised is faithful. Yes! God is forever faithful and we can trust Him with our now and future, He can be trusted in our doubts and uncertainties.

This was someone that had prayed, believed, and was expectant and it seemed the answers were not forthcoming but this doesn’t make God less of who He is…A Faithful God.

He might not answer the way and the time we are expecting but He will, at His own appointed time and in His own perfect way. Our heavenly Daddy, God always has our best interests at heart. (See Jeremiah 29:11)

Sometimes, God’s thoughts and ways may not make sense to us and the fact that we can’t see what God is doing shouldn’t make us doubt Him, in fact, that should be the best time to display our trust and faith in Him.

This sister and I got talking back and forth, and I was able to encourage her with my own personal experience about the goodness and faithfulness of God even when life isn’t giving us what we want and when all the promises of God that we have strongly believed haven’t come or they seem delayed…God is still good! His plans are perfect and His ways are better, ALWAYS!

So, this month, we might not know what’s about to unfold, you might not understand why God will make you wait for that blessing, we might not recognize how the answers are going to come but we can trust in our heavenly Daddy because we know that even when we don’t feel or see it, for His ways are past finding out, He is working it all out for our good. (See Romans 8:28)

Also, we can rest in the assurance that His hand is able to perform that which His mouth has spoken. Amen!

“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” – Isaiah 55:11

β€œThe Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand:” β€” Isaiah 14:24

Inspiration || Faithful Is He Who Promised – Word for The Month of December

Talo dabi, talo dabi, Olorun mi
(Who is like my God)
Talo dabi Olorun mi
(Who is like my God)
To se ileri to mu ileri se
(He who makes a promise and keeps the promise)

As I was praying and asking God for the word for the new mouth, two mornings ago, I woke up with the above song (the Nathaniel Bassey Version with the trumpet).

Sometimes, I don’t know if it is the same for other people but it happens to me and I don’t joke with such things as waking up with scriptures or songs (old or new), they are sometimes, ways by which God speaks clearly to me, that’s by the way!

As I was saying, I woke up with the song and I found myself singing this song for the whole day and even till this moment. In this song is embedded the word for this month of December.

As I was singing and meditating on this song, a lot of scriptures began to flood my heart at the same time.

Look, God’s promises are unfailing, we serve the One who is too faithful to fail! All through scriptures, I am yet to find one person who God made a promise to and He didn’t fulfill. Not one! None at all!

Looking at the life of some patriarchs, we saw that everything God promised them, He fulfilled. Our God doesn’t and cannot lie, the scripture says that by two immutable things in which it was impossible for God to lie. (Hebrews 6:18)

Whatever it is that God has promised you and it seems to be delayed, hold sis! Wait a little more bro! God faithfully keeps His promises! (1Corinthains 1:9a) He is a God of process, He is a God of times and seasons.

The times and seasons may change because God’s ways are not our ways but His words do not change! His promises are yes and amen! For He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful to His word. (Hebrews 10:23)

So this month I pray for you and me that like Abraham, we will not stagger at the promises of God, we will patiently endure and wait to obtain all of His promises to us.

Like the house of Israel, we will testify that not one of all the good promises that the LORD had made to us failed, everything was fulfilled for us.

Above all, the Lord will crown the year with a bountiful harvest for us, that even the hard pathways will overflow with abundance. Amen!

Happy New Month Beloveds,
Welcome to December!
